- **Job Purpose**

Reporting to the Senior Delivery Manager, Managed Services, the purpose of the IT Infrastructure Manager is to support the development of the architecture and technology strategy and ensure exemplary service in its execution. You are an experienced, forward focused IT professional who can leverage your extensive hands-on expertise and leadership capabilities to continually improve and transform day to day IT operations.
- **Objectives of this role**
- Develop comprehensive documentation on IS infrastructure including physical and interface diagrams along with system interdependencies using Visio and MS Word
- Gain deep understanding of systems and servers and document this complex information
- Augment diagrams with content that meets the needs of IS teams
- Develop and maintain detailed database of reference materials
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement

**Responsibilities**
- Work with support team to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage
- Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Ability to work independently to organize meetings and perform information gathering
- Understanding of IT infrastructure including servers, firewalls, networks, security and system interfaces
- Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in working with IT and IS support teams
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Expert in Visio and Word
