Position Overview

Develop knowledge of our gas business and distribution system.
Execute identified training development priorities in collaboration with various instructional designers. In year 2, you will:
Expand training development to eLearning courses.
Develop expertise specific to operations work processes and tools.
Support the Operational Learning department with the execution of strategic priorities. What it takes:
A diploma in adult education/learning, instructional design, technical writing, training or a related field from an accredited post-secondary institution with three years of directly related and relevant experience.
The ability to multi-task and simultaneously manage multiple projects.
A confident communicator with excellent writing skills.
A team player who thrives on building partnerships through collaboration and feedback.
