**The Role**
**What You Will Do**
**Goal Setting and Measurement**
- Define industry standards for key metrics such as open rates, web visits, time on site, and conversions.
- Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns against established goals and standards.
**Content Development**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop goals, creative concepts, and sound strategies for marketing content deliverables.
- Design and write engaging marketing tools and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain website content, ensuring an optimal user experience, effective layout, site map, and content funnel.
- Create engaging templates for various marketing materials, including proposal templates, website landing pages, 1-pager downloads, and supporting materials.
**Brand Identity**
- Enhance brand identity and grow online presence through the creation of multimedia content and active social media engagement.
**Project Management**
- Manage workload effectively using project management tools (e.g., Robohead) to plan, estimate, and track projects and dependencies.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Work collaboratively with video, editing, and other teams as required to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs._
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement strategies aligned with brand messaging.
- Writing & Editing: Exceptional skills in creating compelling content across formats.
- Brand Messaging: Consistently convey the brand's voice in all communications.
- Analytical Skills: Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
- Creativity: Generate innovative content ideas that resonate with the audience.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with teams across marketing, design, and sales.
- Adaptability: Adjust strategies based on market trends and audience feedback.
**What You Need**
- Degree or diploma in Creative Communications / Broadcasting / Media Production / Business and Marketing Communications / Video Production, or equivalent industry experience
- Client-facing / customer service
