**Client Finance Specialist**

**The Client Finance Specialist is responsible to**:

- ** Ensure client accounts are set up accurately.**:

- **Ensure accuracy of client funding & prepare for approval.**:

- **Process fuel NSF payments & prepare rebates and fuel pulls for approval.**:

- ** Support for reconciliation of daily payments.**:

- ** Other tasks assigned by Client Finance Manager and VP of Client Finance**

**Qualifications**
- ** Post-Secondary Education in Business, Accounting or related field**:

- **Detail-oriented and deadline driven with the ability to multi-task and manage large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.**:

- ** 1-3 years' working experience exercising high levels of attention to detail.**:

- **1-3 years' working experience using flexibility, initiative, good judgement, and discretion with a pride of ownership over assigned responsibilities.**:

- **1-3 years' experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines, in a fast paced and dynamic professional environment.**:

- ** 1-3 years' working experience using time management and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.**:

- **Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.**:

- ** Cadence experience an asset.**
