**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure client accounts are set up accurately.
- Ensure accuracy of client funding & prepare for approval.
- Process fuel NSF payments & prepare rebates and fuel pulls for approval.
- Support for reconciliation of daily payments.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager of Client Finance.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Education in Business, Accounting, or related field is an asset
- Detail-oriented and deadline driven with the ability to multi-task and manage large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
- 1-3 years' working experience exercising high levels of attention to detail.
- 1-3 years' working experience using flexibility, initiative, good judgement, and discretion with a pride of ownership over assigned responsibilities.
- 1-3 years' experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines, in a fast paced and dynamic professional environment.
- 1-3 years' working experience using time management and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication
