**Status**:FT Administration Temporary (1 year contract)

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

**Department**:Program Planning, Development & Renewal (PPDR)

**Campus/Location**: North Campus

**Payband/Salary Range**: NFT Adm 05 - Min ($71,973) - Max ($107,961)

**What you will do**:
Reporting to the Associate Dean (AD) Program Planning, the Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) Quality Program Manager will assist with creating a new continuous professional learning quality assurance framework, including necessary policy instruments (e.g. procedures, directives, guidelines, etc.). Following the creation of these instruments, the CPL Quality Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating, communicating, and implementing the policy framework across all CPL-related credentials. The incumbent will work on an ongoing basis with the AD Program Planning, ADs Continuous Professional Learning and other stakeholders across Humber to ensure continuous quality improvement in CPL programs

**What you bring to the role**:
**Education**

Master’s Degree in higher education, public policy administration, or a related field

**Experience & Skills**
- Create synergies across various units and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Consensus-building skills; ability to promote excellent working relationships with academic and non-academic staff and demonstrated ability in conflict resolution.
- Advanced listening skills, verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to negotiate with various people is essential to arrive at a consensus
- Conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation skills
- Research techniques for collection of primary & secondary data
- Preparation and development of clear, concise documentation.
