TT CAFÉ est à la recherche d’un(e) Assistant(e) Pâtissière, Barista et Service à la clientèle à temps partiel

Adresse: 5544 Rue Saint-Patrick, Montréal H4E 1A8

Horaire:

- Temps partiel, 3 shifts, 15h/semaine, incluant 2 jours de semaine 4h-9h et 1 journée la fin de semaine 5h30-10h30
- Temps plein, 4-5 shifts, 30-35h/semaine, incluant 3-4 jours de semaine 4h-10h et 1 journée la fin de semaine 5h30-10h30

Taches
- Assister à la production des pâtisseries et viennoiserie
- Cuisson des pâtisseries et viennoiseries
- Faire la livraison en auto au besoin
- Accueillir les clients
- Connaître les produits en magasin
- Conseiller aux clients dépendamment de leur besoins
- Servir les clients
- Utiliser la caisse pour effectuer les ventes
- Maintenir la salle a manger propre
- Maintenir son aire de travail propre et organisés
- Gérer et remplir les inventaires
- Appliquer les normes de qualité, d’hygiène, de salubrité et de santé et sécurité au travail établies par la MAPAQ
- Faire les ouvertures et/ou fermetures du magasin

Qualifications et Competences:

- Avoir un permis de conduire
- Bilingue (Français et Anglais)
- Ponctuel
- Autonome
- Esprit d’équipe
- Excellente communication
- Soucieux du détail
- Travailler 20+ heures/semaine, disponible les fin de semaines
- Intérêt en café de spécialité, cuisine asiatique et viennoiseries/pâtisserie

Assistant Baker, Barista and Customer Service (Part-time, Full-time)

TT CAFÉ is looking for an Assistant Baker, Barista and Customer Service team member

Address: 5544 Rue Saint-Patrick, Montréal H4E 1A8

Horaire:

- Part-time, 3 shifts, 20h-25h/week, including 2 week days 4-9am and 1 day on the weekend 5:30-10:30pm
- Full-time, 4-5 shifts, 30h-40h/week, including 3-4 week days 4-9am and 1 day on the weekend 5:30-10:30pm

Tasks
- Assist in the production of pastries
- Bake pastries
- Do car deliveries when needed
- Greet customers
- Describe products to customers
- Suggest products to customers depending on their needs
- Serve customers
- Use the cash register and POS to process transactions
- Maintain a clean dining area
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Manage and refill inventory
- Respect MAPAQ norms
- Do opening and/or closing tasks

Qualifications et Competences:

- Have a drivers license
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Punctual
- Autonomous
- Team spirit
- Excellent communication
- Attention to detail
- Work 20+ hours/week, available weekends
- Interest in specialty coffee, asian cuisine and pastries
