**The Opportunity**
- Reporting directly to the VP of Infrastructure Operations, The Change Coordinator is required to work within the Infrastructure Operations team and act as a point of engagement on a daily basis, responsible for performing risk and conflict assessments and prioritizing key Change activities with internal stakeholders specifically focusing on all internal infrastructure verticals.**You are great at**
- Be the main point of contact for Change Management activities of the infrastructure teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the solution-specific planning, scheduling coordination and communication of those initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and conflicts prior to a Change and ensure that all necessary checks are carried out before approval is sought for execution
- Working with infrastructure teams to capture all infrastructure change requirements and advise on implementation.
- Reporting to infrastructure leadership on change trends and events within the organization that will impact the team.
- Plan Change across all environments - Plan, schedule, coordinate and manage the end-to-end movement of all Changes.- Work with Product and Project Managers to ensure that hardware and software changes are auditable and that only correct, authorized, and tested solutions are implemented into production.
- Manage multiple work streams and priorities to ensure smooth delivery through hands-on effort.
- During the planning and rollout of upgrades and changes ensure that known issues are addressed and problems are escalated appropriately. Analyze incidents/problems registered to ensure future Changes incorporate appropriate responses to those incidents and problems.
- Work with the Change Manager to ensure that changes are auditable and that only correct, authorized changes are executed.

- Excellent communication skills, specifically dealing with the staff at all levels and other parts of Opentext.
- The ability to influence decisions across all senior levels of management.
- The ability to work effectively with 3rd party and internal service providers who manage the infrastructure on Opentext’s behalf.
- Excellent documentation skills with experience in creating support documentation for internal users
- Proven ability to show resiliency and be able to prioritize key activities within the business while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent approach to planning work, managing priorities, and using own initiatives to overcome issues.
- Can cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment, and respond calmly and rationally to changing technical landscape.
- Exposure to Change Management within an Administration role or knowledge of ITIL service support principles.
