We are currently seeking a Team Lead - Inventory, PM Shift (3:15pm - 11:00pm) who can be nice, will seek inspiration from our roots, can commit to achieving results the right way and loves to think big to join us on our journey.

The Team Lead - Inventory for Roots will be responsible for the following:

- Effectively plan and allocate resources to ensure consistent inventory put-away flow.
- Ensure all inventory is assigned a location in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct daily start of shift meetings to ensure the team is informed and made aware of their daily objectives.
- Conduct locators bi-weekly to ensure inventory stock levels are full and accurate.
- Ensure staff is in compliance with all processes and procedures.
- Accurately prepare reports in a timely manner to ensure department productivity standards are met.
- Ensuring work area is kept clean and safe.
- Completion of Secondary School Diploma.
- Overall understanding and experience working in a distribution center environment and with warehouse management systems.
- Ability to learn and understand Warehouse Management Systems, including good overall computer knowledge.
- Valid Forklift certification/license with at least two (2) years of Raymond Reach Forklift experience an asset
- Excellent problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to produce results under pressure in a fast pace work environment using tact and camaraderie.
- Exhibits autonomy and takes initiative with daily tasks including job task planning and the execution of mandates.
- Demonstrated leadership skills such as motivating employees, enthusiastic and energetic.

**This role is eligible for**:

- An hourly wage of $22.50
- Weekly pay (Friday)
- A generous employee discount
- Vacation pay (4% of salary annually) which is paid back to the employee
- PM shift premium
