**Overview**:
The Midnight shift team leader will be overseeing the entire team of workers on the midnight shift. They will be responsible for ensuring employees are working in a safe manner, meeting the quality standards and work efficiency is met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communication_

1. Maintain open lines of communication with all the Production Manager, Supervisors and employees

2. Participate and attend all required meetings

3. Update Production Manager on the daily production status
- Production_

1. Effective utilization machinery and equipment

2. Meet or exceed production schedules

3. Enforce compliance of company rules and standards

4. Lead/support continues process improvements, inventory reduction, cycle reduction and Quality Improvements
- Quality_

1. Ensure compliance to IATF specifications

2. Promote a total quality environment

3. Monitor performance to ensure quality specifications and standards are adhered to
- Manpower_

1. Set the standard and provide leadership employees

2. Address employee questions and concerns and treat all employees in an equitable manner

3. Responsible to ensure that the right employee workforce is in place to support the production schedules

4. Identify and provide training

5. Monitor/appraise performance of employees
- Health & Safety_

1. Ensure/maintain high standards of employee safety and housekeeping

2. Comply and enforce the rules set out in the Health & Safety Manual and in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act as stated in Section 27. (1) and Section 28. (1) of the Act.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2-5 years experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with MRP
- Solid understanding of Excel, Outlook and Word
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Forklift License
- First Aid Training
