**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Attend to customers in the retail outlet store as needed
- Maintain organized customer files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation in SAGE accounting and the food safety system
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
- Support management with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant is preferred
- Previous experience in book keeping and/or accounting software is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient typing skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and oral
- Reside in Claresholm or short commuting distance thereof

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
