The General Manager is expected to overseeing the daily operations of a business segment, department, or stand-alone retail location. It is the general manager's responsibility to ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, managing employees and more. This role leads to CEO of the company in our fast growing company.

Job Duties:

- Develop and implement effective business strategies to increase customer base, drive store traffic, and maximize profitability.
- Manage store administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a well-presented store environment and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor and report on buying trends, customer needs, and profitability to make informed business decisions.
- Generate innovative ideas to expand market share and stay ahead of the competition.
- Address and resolve any customer issues, including complaints and grievances.
- Maintain the overall image of the store and ensure it aligns with the company's brand standards.
- Work on the sales floor and provide excellent customer service.
- Demo products to customers and provide basic operational training
- Perform additional duties as required by the store's needs.

SmartWheel is an Electric Scooter sales and service center proving unique and newer personal transportation equipment. We are a small team of professionals. We are expanding our sales force and therefore looking for like minded team players to join our team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
