We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Production Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You’ll handle a variety of tasks, from managing raw materials to supporting machine operations, all while maintaining our high standards of organization and accuracy.

**Duties**:

- Efficiently handle raw materials, including put away, transfers, and discard.
- Perform regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels, including quantity, location, and lot numbers.
- Relabel and repackage products according to customer specifications, ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Manage conversion accessories such as blades, dividers, and boxes to prevent stockouts.
- Operate machinery in the warehouse as needed, ensuring safe and proper use of equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machines and report any issues or necessary repairs to supervisors.
- Assist with machine setup, operation, and product quality monitoring.
- Quality check of the cut merchandise.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Working Conditions**:

- Monday to Friday - no nights, no weekends
- 8-4:30 pm day shift Monday to Thursday and Friday 8-4 pm, with one half hour lunch not paid, 2 x 15-minute paid breaks
- Group benefits

- Salary - 19-21$ per hour depending on experience

**What We’re Looking For/ Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a warehouse setting, with forklift experience being a strong advantage.
- A minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Basic machine operation knowledge is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Functional English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- A strong sense of punctuality, accountability, and organization.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
