- **Leadership Excellence**: Exceptional leadership skills are crucial for this role, as the Sales and Marketing Manager will oversee the process responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth. They must inspire and motivate others to uphold high standards of service delivery and achieve sales targets.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for interacting with potential residents, families, and referral sources. The Sales and Marketing Manager must be able to convey complex information clearly and persuasively while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

**Technical Skills and Knowledge**:

- **Sales Strategy**: Knowledge of sales principles, strategies, and techniques relevant to the senior living industry. This role will prioritize creating and executing sales plans, developing sales pitches, and closing deals to achieve occupancy targets.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
