**Job Description**:
The debt finance team of Tricon Residential is seeking to add a detail oriented, analytically minded individual to their operations in the Toronto office. The individual would be assisting in the day-to-day management of financing Tricon’s residential real estate investments and maintaining ongoing lender reporting requirements
- Working with individuals within and outside the organization to complete a variety of debt transactions
- Formulating and executing strategic financing decisions
- Managing the portfolio and the valuation of company loans through Tricon’s Yardi accounting system and 3rd party databases
- Tracking and updating debt market information
- Building and managing property data tapes for a portfolio of over 30,000 homes
- Managing and delivering ongoing debt reporting to lenders

Qualifications:

- Expert in financial modeling
- Mastery of financial statements and reporting
- Basic understanding of real estate, capital markets, and fixed income
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- CPA or CFA preferred
- Growth oriented, resilient, change agent, agile

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- 3+ years of experience at a real estate investor, owner or service provider looking to enter into real estate finance, or relevant experience at accounting firm with CPA completed or nearing completion
