We are searching for an energetic, enthusiastic individual to assume some responsibilities as a part time Principal with Al-Amal Islamic OnLine Academy as well as part time Vice-Principal with Al-Amal Islamic Academy. Ideally, you would possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to provide a balanced advocacy for teachers, students and parents. The ability to motivate and inspire staff and students to high levels of achievement along with establishing and maintaining a respectful, orderly and purposeful school environment is essential. Preference will be given to an individual with the expertise to support the overall development of literacy and numeracy for all students.
This is a full time probationary position that includes administration responsibilities for both the Al-Amal Academy and the Al-Amal OnLine Academy. The position is available immediately. An administrative allowance will compensate the administration responsibilities. Preference will be given to an individual who possesses a Master's degree or is working towards one.
