**About the Role**

**What you’re great at**
- Passion for farming and agriculture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
- Hard working, with a “get it done” attitude.

**What you’ll be doing**
- **Restoring the Earth**: Help us nurture the earth with composting, crop rotation, cover cropping and other regenerative practices including soil health monitoring and harvest plans.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise farm workers and create a motivating and efficient teamwork environment.
- **Operating Equipment**: Work with tractors, planters and other farm equipment.
- **Collaborating with Leadership**: Assist in refining operational procedures and contributing to business growth ideas.

**What we’re looking for**
- Proven experience managing farm operations, ideally within a regenerative or organic system.
- Deep understanding of soil biology, ecosystem services, and regenerative design principles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and contribute to the establishment of business protocols.
- Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
