**Summary**:
**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Current experience within the Renal program is preferred
- Familiar with aseptic and sterile techniques and hospital procedures
- Able to lift, carry, stoop and pull
- Must be flexible and able to work in a rapidly changing environment with mínimal supervision
- Working knowledge of hospital computer systems
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend English language (written/verbal)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work in a chronic care environment
- Demonstrated excellent organization skills and ability to multi task.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.Good attendance record
