**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the primary role of Hygiene Technician is to drive to client locations provide delivery and collection service of ladies’ sanitary disposal units, clean and detail the washroom fixtures (sinks, toilets, urinals, etc.), delivery of washroom products such as soap dispensers, air care and more.

**Day shift between the hours of 6pm-6am. Will be covering Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo areas**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Service Team Leader or Service Manager, the hygiene technician’s duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Provide daily hygiene services to our customers following the routes set by managers
- Maintain sanitary receptacles, fill air freshener, soap and hand sanitizer dispensers, sanitize facilities
- Clean toilets, sinks, urinals, power cleaning with a big machine, as well as servicing the menstrual units, air care units, and certain proprietary washroom care units.
- Manage priorities daily and effectively plan routes based on customer requirements
- Manage emergencies throughout the day
- Track and analyze your work routes with the manager at the end of the day
- Meet the specific needs of customers in the field and document special requests
- Act as an ambassador for the Citron brand

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Valid driver’s license and clean driver's abstract**:

- Good driving record
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good customer service
- Good attendance and punctuality
