Virtuos Montréal is looking for an IT Specialist (VIE) based in Montréal. Under the supervision of the IT Manager, the IT specialist will handle day to day issues within the studio (around 50 users) as a first point of contact for Helpdesk and infrastructure needs.

**IT Office Administration**
- Implement the design of solutions beneficial to our infrastructures with added value of continuity of services, performance, automation, innovation
- Manage the inventory of workstations & servers
- Guarantee data backups and restoration
- Optimizing system and workstation product upgrades.
- Operation & support
- Supervise and analyze the infrastructure and take measures likely to improve the quality or productivity of services
- Deal with incidents, anomalies, internal requests, and follow-up to their resolution
- Deploy workstations, thin clients, and participate in the evolution of masters

**Technical working environment**
- Virtualization: VMware
- Systems: Windows server, Windows
- Applications: Microsoft Office 365, Azure, AD, RDS 2012/2019
- Environments: On premise, Office 365.
- Hardware: Any type of PC
- Qualifications- BTS educational level (information system, Network administration)
- At least 1 year of experience as a System Administrator or Help Desk specialist
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 environment
- Knowledge of firewalls
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
- Familiarity with a wide range of standard office automation products
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, customer service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- French and English both written and spoken

**Nice to have qualifications**
- Master’s degree in IT Management System or Helpdesk
