Under the supervision of Tecnica's Regional Sales Manager, the **Sales Representative **will serve professional customers in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island area, selling our products to a clientele that includes mainly the general public, but also professionals such as kitchen designers and architects. This person will provide expert advice and in-depth after-sales service.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assess and exploit the potential of existing and future customers;
- Solicit sales from all customers identified through market analysis;
- Answer customers' questions on products, prices, availability, product use and credit terms;
- Make contact with existing customers to discuss their needs and see how to meet them with specific products and services, and increase purchases;
- Make product presentations to customers (in groups);
- Gather and transmit feedback on products sold by Ciot Montréal in the markets, and evaluate customer reception;
- Continuously gather information on our competitors and maintain a market watch;
- Maintain customer files using existing computer systems (P21 and CRM);
- Prepare quotations, orders and invoices using IT systems (P21 and CRM);
- Assist customers in making product selections based on their needs, product specifications and applicable regulations;
- Provide technical assistance and after-sales service;
- Perform all other related tasks.

**PROFILE & SKILLS SOUGHT**
- College diploma or equivalent experience;
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a technical representative role in natural stone/ceramics or a related field;
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) in order to interact with internal and external members of the organization, whether national or international;
- Have a valid driver's license and driving record;
- A strong sense of autonomy and commitment;
- Have a good sense of organization and priorities;
- Team player and interpersonal skills;
- PowerPoint presentation skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.

Sous la supervision du Directeur commercial régional Tecnica, le **représentant des ventes **dessert les clients du secteur professionnel du Nouveau Brunswick et de L’Ile du Prince Édouard en assurant la vente de nos produits auprès d’une clientèle principalement composée du grand public, mais aussi de professionnels, tels que les cuisinistes, designers et architectes. Cette personne fournira des conseils de qualité basés sur son expertise et un service après-vente approfondi.

**ROLE & RESPONSABILITIÉS**
- Évaluer et cultiver le potentiel des clients existants et futurs ;
- Solliciter des ventes auprès de tous les clients identifiés suivant l’analyse de marché ;
- Répondre aux questions des clients sur les produits, les prix, la disponibilité, l’utilisation des produits et des conditions de crédit ;
- Entrer en contact avec les clients actuels pour discuter de leurs besoins et voir à les combler par des produits et des services spécifiques, et d’accroître les achats ;
- Effectuer des présentations de produits devant les clients ;
- Recueillir et transmettre les commentaires sur les produits vendus par Ciot Montréal dans les marchés et en évaluer la réception chez les clients ;
- Continuellement récolter de l’information sur nos compétiteurs et maintenir une veille commerciale ;
- Tenir à jour les dossiers des clients en utilisant les systèmes informatiques en place (P21 et CRM) ;
- Préparer les soumissions, commandes et factures à partir des systèmes informatiques (P21 et CRM) ;
- Aider les clients à effectuer des sélections de produits basées sur leurs besoins, les spécifications du produit et les règlements applicables ;
