Our small but mighty R&D team is looking to add a talented and driven chemist or chemical engineer to work in a dynamic role to accelerate our innovation pipeline.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead High-Impact Research**: Drive R&D in beverages, supplements, and personal care, focusing on novel solubility solutions.
- **Innovate & Design**: Directly influence the development of breakthrough products with mass market potential.
- **Formulation Mastery**: Refine product formulas to ensure highest quality, stability, and effectiveness.
- **Collaborate & Lead**:Work with cross-functional teams and 3rd party labs to produce novel products at lab, pilot and commercial scale.
- **International Influence**:Undertake cutting-edge research which contribute to global industry advancements.
