Scientist

We are looking for individuals with PhD or MSc degrees in chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fields and/or experience. The title will be adjusted based on years of related experience.

The “Scientist” position is a key contributor to the ongoing research at SSPI reporting to senior scientists or directors. The “Scientist” will contribute through: conducting solid form screening experiments, characterizing the resulting material, and performing crystallization process development for active pharmaceutical ingredients and natural products. Utilizing their physical chemistry and/or engineering knowledge and hands-on experience, the Scientist is expected to have 70-80% lab work. Report writing and weekly presentations to clients are also part of the role.
