We are looking for someone who is familiar with food prepping and plating in large quantities while maintaining quality and creativity.

**Qualifications**:
1-3 years industry related experience

Food Handlers Certificate

Can work in fast-paced, high productivity, and team environment

Able to lift/carry/push supplies or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Flexible schedule (Weekend availability, day, and night shift)

Able to stand and walk for more than 5 hours

Professional, positive & outgoing personality

Have reliable transportation for the commute

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare and plate food in accordance with Aquatopia's presentation standards.

Keep workstation clean and organized, including fridges/freezers, countertops, stovetops, and inventories.

Operate all kitchen equipment in a safe manner.

Ensure all food products are handled, stored, prepared, and served safely in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Report all deficiencies in kitchen equipment functionality and quality of food products.

Work and communicate closely with the team to ensure the process of executing food service during events is successful.

Complete necessary tasks instructed by the executive chef & Sous Chef.

Responsible for washing all dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment as required and storing them away properly.

Assist in completing daily closing & cleaning procedures.

**Job Types**: Part-time, casual, and full-time

**Pay Rate**: $20-22 per hour

**Schedule**: Day Shift, Night Shift, Weekend Availability

**Experience**:Line cook: 1 year (preferred)

**Expected start date**: Immediately

**Must have own transportation**

Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week

- Carp, ON K0A 1L0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
