**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cook/Dishwasher. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. This is a great opportunity for a culinary student to learn from cooks / chefs in a scratch kitchen.

**Duties**:

- Assist with meal preparation and food presentation
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils following sanitation guidelines
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
- Support kitchen staff as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on various tasks within the kitchen
