**Requirements**:

- 4+ years experience in events, field marketing or equivalent role in B2B enterprise services or software marketing or at an event marketing agency
- Excellent written English language skills and an ability to create marketing content required
- Applies ideas and a “can do” approach to ensure experiential marketing success and integration into company marketing campaigns
- Creativity, curiosity and enthusiasm for delivering OSF’s message in an engaging, memorable way that resonates and draws positive attention to the brand and our solutions
- Willingness to adapt and grow in ever-changing, accelerated growth environment
- Genuine interest and passion for experiential marketing and creating unique experiences that resonate and generate impact with targeted audiencesAbility to clearly identify and articulate solution-specific value propositions and tailor it to fit a variety of program requirements
- Moderate level of understanding and interest in behavioral sciences and human behavior and how to incorporate authentic care for participants into an event program, whether virtual or in-person experiences
- Good negotiation skills and desire to achieve a winning partnership with our event venues, vendors and contractors to achieve the best event results
- Familiarity with best practices and lessons learned in B2B marketing, especially in a period of change and/or disruption
- Creativity and interest in developing new experiences for team and customers
- Effective communication skills including the ability to:

- Convey information to a wide variety of internal and external audiences
- Develop scripts, decks and presentations that share the OSF Digital messaging in a relatable story that connects with senior-level, non-technical decision-makers
- Ability to clearly and effectively convey deliverable timelines and requirements to ensure events are executed on-time and on-budget
- Flexibility and positive attitude, as well as a willingness take on the menial tasks
- Communicator and influencer - must be energetic and engaging to share event details
- Willingness to travel - across the region (USA) and globally as required up to 30%
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a Marketing or Business focus
