**Job Summary**:

- In collaboration with our diverse team, the Event Planner’s primary role is to design, plan, and manage both in-person and virtual events, ensuring their success and impact.- The Event Planner also helps to develop hybrid strategies that blend technology with personal interactions, adapting to an ever-evolving global environment.**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create tailored event experiences that achieve their objectives.
- Manage budgets, design, planning, coordination, and delivery of both virtual and in-person events.
- Handle communications to support events.
- Coordinate with suppliers and event organizers.
- Collaborate with various marketing teams (copywriting, design, digital, PR, etc.) to promote and ensure the success of your events.
- Define and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for events.
- Analyze KPIs and provide insightful recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends in event management and planning, making strategic recommendations.
- Manage logistics for in-person event materials.

**Must Haves**:

- 2 - 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in event organization.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
- Proficiency in English and French.
