Our team is growing fast, and we are looking for a motivated, solution-oriented individual with a positive attitude. This individual must be able to work within a team environment and be able to take initiative on their own to perform individual duties.
- Multi-task and prioritize demands of the job in a fast-paced environment to ensure an efficiently operating customer service department.
- Collect accurate and detailed customer order information, including payment methods in support of order processing.
- Maintain and update Active Log for miscellaneous requests
- Monitor order processing and completion
- Following up with shipment tracking services
- Open cases, etc.
- Maintain the sample room in the office
- Monitor/Organize and update the sample inventory
- Coordinate with customer service back office
**What We Need From You**
- High school diploma or general education degree (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as standard operating procedures
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Word & Excel, Teams, Outlook and online Vendor tools and order process system
- Fluent in English. (Spanish is a plus)
- Montreal-based individual
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $38,633.00-$48,000.00 per year
Schedule:
