**Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Assistance:
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish content that aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with the online community.
2. Content Creation:
- Generate creative and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, and text, to support social media campaigns.
- Capture high-quality photo and video content to be used across social media channels.
3. Video Production:
- Shoot, edit, and produce engaging video content for promotional purposes, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative video techniques to enhance content quality.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accurate representation of products and services in content.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media analytics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on key social media metrics, trends, and insights.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in video shooting, editing, and production using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L4W 2R7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
