The Remarketing Manager will direct and support the Remarketing Team to maximize the return on investment for each used vehicle sold.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**

You will be responsible for developing and managing the strategy for **the Remarketing Team**. Organize and coordinate the remarketing of thousands of vehicles each year. Your proactive, diligent support in all aspects of remarketing will enable the Remarketing Team to focus their expertise on maximizing resale values.

**Maintain Up-to-Date, Complete Documentation**
- Ensure all paperwork is completed for each vehicle sold
- Management of inventory
- Ensure that payments are processed

**Prepare Vehicles to be Sold**
- Ensure condition reports are done
- Coordinate reconditioning of auction units

**Get Vehicles to Auction**
- Compare auction prices and choose best auction for each vehicle
- Coordinate transportation to auctions
- Confirm the vehicles arrived at the auctions

**Determine Resale Prices**
- Research units sold within the past 90 days
- Set ‘reserve price’ for vehicles being sold at auction
- Quote fair market value estimates
- Set prices for vehicles to be offered to leasing clients

**Build Relationships Internally and Externally**
- Offer vehicles to the Summit sales team to sell to clients
- Discuss market conditions with dealerships, auctions, transport companies, etc.

**REQUIREMENTS**

- Exceptional prioritization and organization skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Take initiative and be accountable for finding solutions
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Track record of getting results within a fast-paced environment
- Work experience in the automotive industry is an asset

Pay: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

- Dealership: 5 years (preferred)
