**Job Overview** - THE OFFY CO.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
- Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain and support the high standards of quality represented in our food and beverage programs
- Coordinate and conduct pre-shift meetings and maintain daily communication for food, wine and beverage details as they relate to service
- Develop and maintain staff’s product knowledge through ongoing training
- Promote a positive work environment and culture where staff development and good work are recognized through one on one meetings, reviews and coaching
- Ensure that all Costs (L,W,B, Food and Labour are being met in accordance to our Budgets)
- Create manuals and systems, where necessary to increase efficiencies
- Ensure the BOH is performing at a high level, food quality is coming out in accordance to bill time standards, culture is positive and the relationship between you and the Chef is strong, as well as ensuring we are maintaining all Health and Safety practises while ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant is at its ultimate high.
- Perform Liquor, Wine and Beer inventory as needed and account for variances as required
- Respond to guest complaints and rectify issues that are in line with our corporate objectives
- Recruit and train employees as needed
- Create a culture of cleanliness, organization and productivity that meets health department guidelines
- Having a solutions VS problems attitude
- having FUN

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the industry for a minimum of 3 years.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, and operations.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Creating unique guest experiences and a high level of customer service - we are in the people industry
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
- Experience in scheduling, costing, increasing sales and profitability.
- Flexible and has a positive attitude

Pay: $68,427.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Tips
