**General Manager Requirements and Qualifications**
- Help oversee day-to-day business operations
- Provide leadership at all levels of the organization
- Help build up the company by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and mentoring new team members.
- Inventory Control
- Implement policies and performance standards
- Provide coaching and support.
- Ensure general maintenance and cleanliness of properties are maintained.
- Ability to delegate and follow-up.
- High level of organizational skills.
- High energy,positive personality.
- Requires utmost integrity, honesty, and strong leadership.
- Requires excellent customer service skills and ability to handle various customer complaints with ease.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, internet and POS.* Must effectively manage people.
- Requires good written and oral communication skills.
- Requires math skills, along with knowledge of food cost analysis, labor cost analysis relative to store operations.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance.
- Responsible to communicate the daily status of the restaurants, problems, and opportunities to the Operations Director.
- Able to work with managers to maintain safe standards.
- Must be available on weekends and have a flexible schedule.
This individual must have experience in management in the QSR industry and be customer focus driven.
