In order to meet the business expansion, we will welcome an mid-level manager / general manager assistant to join our team. The GM Assistant will perform the duties in the below:
**Job Description**:

- Managing office administration, including building and maintaining IT system, arranging meeting and travel schedule, customer management, etc.;
- Managing business finance including bookkeeping, liaison with CPA, CRA, and banks;
- Managing human resource including hiring, training, education, work shift planning;
- Assisting General Manager on marketing, sales analysis, foreseeing financial performance;
- Suggesting GM on equipment purchase/replacement and giving quotations;
- Monitoring material and inventory level, reporting to GM periodically;
- Assisting GM to supervise routine manufacturing, ensuring a safe and health condition in factory;
- Under direction from GM, make budget management at the beginning of financial annum;
- Other works assigned by GM.

Qualification:

- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business administration;
- 5+ year related work experience is required;
- Chinese speaking is an asset, not a must;
