Outside Sales Representative

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze market trends.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business relationships and manage existing accounts effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $56,286.00-$65,715.00 per year
