**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee our Mississauga office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Collaborate with HR for onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new and departing employees.
- Foster a positive office culture, organizing team-building activities and initiatives.
- Assist in managing office budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Process invoices, expenses, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as needed for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Facilitate internal communication channels, ensuring effective information flow within the organization.
- Assist in drafting and distributing internal announcements and updates.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and agreements to optimize office services.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures.
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in office management, EA or related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom and other technologies.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a technology or cybersecurity company is an asset.
- ** Able to commute and work in our Mississauga office Monday to Friday.
