This position displays our core values, while maintaining a high level of professionalism which includes the greatest level of confidentiality and empathy when supporting our internal and external guests. This position is synonymous with “Cub Club” deals with anything relating to guest entertainment. **Duties** - Willingness to accept the most effective role. - Ensure the delivery of outstanding guest service during all events and kids experiences programs. - Supervising and monitoring delivery of the entertainment programs. - To constantly review programs and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and entertainment - Responsible for the operational co-ordination and delivery of the professional entertainment program from inception to performance. - Supports guests in Cub Club with daily crafts and activities. **Qualifications** - Comfortable with performing and speaking in front of a live audience. - Exhibits superior customer service skills and **TONS OF FUN & BUBBLES.**: - Enthusiasm and a high energy level required to create a fun exciting atmosphere. - Has superior time management ability but is flexible as well and can assist with unexpected projects. - Pragmatic and able to act decisively and in an appropriate way particularly under pressure. - Contributes to team working in a positive way and motivates others. - Demonstrates a practical "hands-on" approach in particular with respect to special events and activities. - Willing and keen to undertake relevant training. - Excellent verbal communicator; speaks clearly and possesses exceptional interpersonal communication skills. **Physical Requirements** - Able to lift up to 10 pounds and able to stand for long periods of time. - Dress in a character costume for up to 20 minutes. - Comfortable working outdoors, year-round as required for events.
