Job Responsibilities:

- Assist with resolving our dealer’s quality claims
- Determine whether a claim is valid, and the best manner to deal with it
- Ship replacements, and control returned parts
- Assist dealers with product questions
- Ensure accuracy of returns, orders, service, and all other related transactions
- Proactively communicate persistent quality control issues
- Troubleshoot issues with bikes and ebikes
- Implement rework projects
- Prioritize fluctuating workload
- Assist with yearly inventory count

Job Requirements:

- Professional telephone etiquette
- Must have exceptional people skill
- Technical knowledge of bicycles and components
- Experience with E-bikes is an asset
- Problem Solving Skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of self-motivation
- Must work well independently as well as with a team environment
- Detail oriented and good organizational skills
- Understanding of business work flow
- Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and be results-oriented
- French language skills beneficial
- Microsoft AX system experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
