You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing website content, implementing SEO best practices, creating online advertising campaigns, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the company's e-commerce presence
- Manage and update website content using WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings
- Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Create and manage online advertising campaigns using Google Ads or other advertising platforms
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools to create engaging visuals for online and in store marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with horticulture industry trends and advancements

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and driving online sales
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS for website customization and optimization
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights
- Experience with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to implement strategies for improved search engine rankings
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for creating visual content
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, analyze, and interpret market trends
- Success using digital tools and techniques such as Facebook, Canva, Instagram, TicTok, YouTube, Mail Chimp. to increase customer base and support growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $15.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
