Tecumseh, Canada Lakeview Montessori School Full time

Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including processing accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly invoices
- Assist with reconciliation of bank statements and other financial documents
- Assist with audit preparation and reporting for grant funding and compliance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
- Provide support, when needed, during fundraising and event-related accounting needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience and/or post-secondary education in an accounting or bookkeeping role
- Accounting software experience is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A commitment to the mission and values of Montessori education and the not-for-profit sector Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$30.37 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
