**Your days will include**:

- Monitoring daily cash reporting, assessing the short-term funding needs and communicating with lender representatives.
- Recording and tracking all interest expenses, including monthly interest accrual calculation.
- Recording and tracking debt facility information.
- Verifying vendor change information.
- Completing lender compliance reporting.
- Maintaining Canadian and US currency balances using short term and permanent currency trades.
- Recording journal entries for currency trades.

- Strong ability to problem solves.
- Leadership qualities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Construction knowledge would be an asset.
- Accounting knowledge is required.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
- Ability to source information and solutions.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Degree in Accounting
