**Inside Sales Associate**

**NEXT Supply is the new generation of supplier in wholesale Plumbing and Hydronics - setting superior standards in service, product availability and delivery. NEXT has strategically located local warehouses across and beyond the GTA, each with a full quantity of inventory and strong, strategic delivery capabilities.**

**Role Overview**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Use your understanding of our products we offer to manage quotes, process orders, and find non-stock items.
- Coordinate with our warehouse and logistics teams to make sure all orders are filled correctly and on time.
- Deal with challenging customer situations with patience and expertise. Complete necessary forms if service expectations are not met.
- Monitor and update the status of current and future orders to align with customer needs.
- Carry out other duties as needed to support the team and enhance our service.

**What We Require**:

- At least 2 years in similar role in the industry, ideally in sales or a related field. Strong knowledge of plumbing and hydronics products.
- Ability to multitask, manage stress, and focus on details. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer use.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Able to understand customer needs and act quickly. A team player focused on collective goals.
- This position is based at our Vaughan location. A clean police record is required.
