Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide essential support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
**Duties**:
- Process sales orders and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Ensure quote/invoice are entered correctly
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Answering the phone
- Marketing / Social Media
**Skills**:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Experience in a sales environment is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with front desk operations and clerical duties
- Experience in marketing and social media

The hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 pm.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
