**What you will do**:
Marketing and Event Coordinator - FlyO'Land

As the Marketing and Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of birthday and internal store events. As well as contribute to the development and execution of engaging and effective marketing campaigns, support the management of various social media platforms, and assist with the conceptualization, filming, and editing of video content for promotional purposes. This role requires an organized individual who can manage all aspects of marketing and event planning, from concept to completion, ensuring each project is successful and aligns with our brand values.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding and performing the responsibility of a Customer Service Representative
- Develop and execute birthday parties, event plans, and promotional events
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure high-quality services and products
- Support in maintaining event budgets, ensuring all events are delivered within budget while maintaining high standards
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials to maximize event attendance and engagement
- Oversee all logístical aspects of events, including room setup, audiovisual requirements, catering, and transportation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries and communications, ensuring clear and timely information flow
- Coordinate and collaborate with the team of upcoming events and promotion

- A customer-focused service provider both on and off the floor to help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in event management software and store POS.
- Able to demonstrate interest and initiative to develop skills and improve capabilities.
- Passionate about children’s playground and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Determined to effectively lead and inspire others to learn and grow through coaching and mentoring.
- Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
- Able to maneuver around the store and office and can lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
