As the Logistics Coordinator, you'll drive efficiency and seamless coordination within our supply chain, optimizing transportation, carrier management, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. You'll be the backbone of our operations, directly impacting our success and customer satisfaction.

**As the Logistics Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- **Supply Chain Coordination**:Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation and distribution of goods for our customers.
- **Carrier Management**: Building and maintaining relationships with key carriers and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:Ensuring accurate and timely completion of shipping documentation and adherence to industry regulations and standards.
- **Equipment Utilization**: Ability to utilize equipment out in the field as this position will be dealing with the Service industry side of the Oil and Gas Production.
- **Problem Resolution**:Act as the escalation point for logistics-related issues including coordination with your team to implement effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Utilize systems to monitor and report on logistics performance metrics while identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

**On your resume, we ask that you outline the following qualifications**:

- 3+ years’ experience in logistics coordination within the oil & gas industry, with a track record of optimizing supply chain processes
- A strong knowledge of the Service side of the Oil and Gas industry, including Drilling Rigs, Service Rigs, Frac and Flowback.
- Proficiency in logistics-related CRM systems and Google Sheets
