**Sales & E-Commerce Assistant Manager**

We are seeking a **highly organized and proactive Sales & E-Commerce Executive Assistant Manager** to provide executive-level support and assist in managing our growing online business. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, analytical, and digital marketing skills who can contribute to both executive support and e-commerce operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Executive Support & Administration**
- Provide high-level administrative support to the e-commerce leadership team.
- Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare key reports and presentations.
- Handle confidential business information with discretion and professionalism.

**Project Management**
- Support new e-commerce initiatives, website updates, and system integrations.
- Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee e-commerce customer inquiries, returns, and dispute resolutions in collaboration with the customer service team.

**Process Improvement & Business Growth**
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and optimize workflows.
- Research industry trends and competitive strategies to support business growth.
- Assist in financial tracking related to e-commerce sales, ad spend, and return on investment (ROI).

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as an **Executive Assistant Manager, E-Commerce Manager.**
- Strong **organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Analytics, and reporting tools**.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree in **E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field** (preferred but not required).
