**Responsibilities**
- Assisting in all aspects of the enrollment process for all summer camps
- Assisting in all aspects of hockey camp preparation, set-up and coordination
- Responding to prospective student inquiries in a timely manner
- Representing the school at recruitment events
- Handling incoming individual registration for all camps
- Booking outings for all camps
- Assisting the Summer Programs Coordinator in the determination of budgets for individual camps
- Assisting the Summer Programs Coordinator in the development of third-party camps
- Assisting the Summer Programs Coordinator in the establishment and maintenance of effective networks that help promote growth of summer camps
- Being available during hockey camps to ensure smooth running of camps, coordination of activities, trouble-shooting, etc.
- Providing a fun, dynamic, engaging and safe environment for all participants of the different summer camps

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work proactively and independently, without constant supervision
- Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Asset - possess experience in a boarding school setting

**Responsabilités**
- Aider à tous les aspects du processus d’inscription pour tous les camps d’été.
- Participer à tous les aspects de la préparation, de la mise en place et de la coordination du camp de hockey.
- Répondre aux demandes d’étudiants potentiels en temps opportun.
- Représenter l’école lors d’événements de recrutement.
- Gérer les inscriptions individuelles pour tous les camps.
- Réserver les sorties pour tous les camps.
- Aider le coordonnateur des programmes d’été à déterminer les budgets des camps individuels.
- Aider le coordonnateur des programmes d’été dans le développement de camps.
- Aider le coordonnateur des programmes d’été à établir et maintenir des réseaux efficaces qui aident à promouvoir la croissance des camps d’été.
- Être disponible lors des camps de hockey pour assurer le bon déroulement des camps, la coordination des activités et le dépannage.
- Offrir un environnement amusant, dynamique, engageant et sécuritaire à tous les participants des différents camps d’été.

- Solides compétences organisationnelles
- Capacité à travailler de manière proactive et indépendante, sans supervision constante
- Maitrise de l’anglais et du français (oral et écrit)
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office
- Atout - posséder de l’expérience en pensionnat
