**Estimator & Sales assistant**

Under the responsibility of the Director, North American Memorial Sales the Estimator & Sales assistant, will play a pivotal role in facilitating the sales process by preparing accurate and competitive quotations for customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Task Responsible for servicing assigned accounts and backing up other sales team members.
- Generate quotations in a timely manner, incorporating pricing, product specifications, and any applicable discounts or promotions.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to gather necessary information for creating comprehensive and tailored quotations.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all quotations provided to customers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and a customer-centric approach.
- Listen actively to customer feedback and concerns, striving to resolve issues promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure alignment on pricing, product availability, and customer requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights and suggestions to improve the quotation process and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, correspondence with customers, and any relevant documentation using CRM software or other designated systems.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding quotations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standardized quotation templates, pricing guidelines, and other sales support materials.

**Profile**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in estimating, customer service, sales, or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in the field of natural stone is an asset, but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Be proficient in both oral and written French and English, to serve a large English-speaking clientele in Canada.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
