Pocketed is hiring a Customer Success Representative to join our team

Pocketed is a rapidly growing software startup that helps businesses across North America access billions of dollars in ‘free money' through grants, tax credits, and incentives. We're a female-founded, female-led company with a bold vision: to give entrepreneurs the power to create and build businesses without financial barriers. Today, more than 10,000 businesses use Pocketed to access grant funding and tax credits to extend their runway and grow their business.

As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a vital role in helping our customers achieve their goals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with Pocketed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance
- Understand our customers' business needs and goals, and work with them to identify relevant non-dilutive funding programs
- Work closely with our internal teams to ensure our customers' needs are being met
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor customer feedback and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring they are up to date and accurate

**Your Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers
- Experience in customer service or customer success is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and proactively
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for helping entrepreneurs and small businesses succeed
- Familiarity with grant funding and tax credits is a plus
