About the Role
We’re hiring a Customer Success Representative to support clients after they sign up. This role is a mix of **client onboarding/delivery** and **day-to-day support**—you’ll help clients get launched and stay successful using our **commerce, marketing, and AI tools**.
This is **not a sales role** (no cold calling). We value reliability, calm communication, and strong follow-through.
**Responsibilities**:
- Guide new clients through onboarding, setup, and first launch
- Support clients using our commerce + marketing + AI tools in daily operations
- Troubleshoot common setup or usage issues and coordinate with internal teams when needed
- Track tasks, follow up consistently, and document updates in our system
- Share practical, template-based recommendations to improve store experience and campaign execution
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- **1+ year** experience in a customer-facing role (support, onboarding, account support, operations, etc.)
- Familiar with **Shopify or similar SaaS tools** (eCommerce / website builders / marketing tools)
- Comfortable with basic technical setup and step-by-step troubleshooting
- Organized and dependable—strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Located in Metro Vancouver and able to work reliably (in-person/hybrid)
Preferred (Strong Plus)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Figma / Photoshop)
- Website-building experience (Shopify store setup, landing pages, themes, apps)
- Bilingual: Mandarin/Cantonese + English
Schedule Expectations
Full-time. Flexible hours, with **occasional evenings/weekend availability** to support client launches or urgent issues when needed.

Pay: $42,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
