**The Role**:
We’re looking for a confident, outgoing, and goal-driven **Bar Hop Representative** to join the Gibbons Life team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our nightlife experiences—engaging with guests, selling tickets to our legendary Bar Hop events, and ensuring everyone you meet leaves excited to be part of the fun.

This position is ideal for someone with a big personality, great communication skills, and the drive to hit (and exceed) targets. If you’re the type of person who thrives on energy, loves talking to people, and can work independently, this is the role for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and sell Bar Hop tickets through face-to-face engagement.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with groups, tourists, and locals alike.
- Represent the Gibbons brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and energy.
- Deliver confident pitches to individuals and large groups.
- Handle negotiations with potential buyers with confidence and tact.
- Provide accurate information about the events, ensuring a positive guest experience from the first touchpoint.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in public speaking and pitching to groups
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- A persuasive and outgoing personality
- Comfort with client negotiation and relationship-building
- Experience in hospitality, sales, or promotions is a strong asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
